1Visa Zero Liability policy covers U.S.-issued cards only and does not apply to ATM transactions, PIN transactions not processed by Visa nor certain commercial card transactions. Cardholder must notify issuer promptly of any unauthorized use. Financial institutions may exclude from the Zero Liability policy a transaction made by a person authorized to transact business on the account and/or a transaction made by a cardholder that exceeds the authority given by the account owner.

2 Some Pin-based debit transactions may be routed through non-Visa networks. Transactions routed through non-Visa networks will not trigger a purchase alert. Actual time to receive Visa Purchase Alerts is dependent on when the merchant submits the charge, wireless service, and coverage within area. Alerts service may not be available in all areas. Message and data rates may apply. Gasoline alerts may not include purchase amount. Account activity qualifying for Alert service may vary by issuer. A limit of ten cards can be registered per Visa Purchase Alerts account. Additional restrictions apply.
