How do I find out if my home qualifies?
Our experienced, local lenders can guide you through the mortgage process. We make it simple by working with you in person, over the phone, or through our online application portal.
There are two ways to see if your primary residence qualifies. First, our lenders can check to see if your new or existing home is located in a majority minority census tract. And if not, we can still provide you with other mortgage options to suit your needs.Second, you can click below and follow our instructions:
1. Click here to go to a federal government geomapping mapping system portal to check your address.
2. Enter your property address and click search.
3. Then click the button labeled “Census Demographic Data”. Additional information will appear on the page.
4. If the “Tract Minority %” is 50 or higher, then the residence is located in a majority minority census tract.
