Recovery loans, fee waivers and deferrals are available to impacted residents in FEMA designated disaster areas in Louisiana parishes map noted in red.
Unless otherwise noted, please contact your banker, or call Client Services at 800-448-8812 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT Monday - Friday, or visit a financial center by October 31, 2021 to submit a loan deferral request or apply for a disaster recovery assistance loan.
All loans are subject to credit approval. Terms and conditions apply.
Interest will continue to accrue even though the payment has been deferred. Depending on the type of loan/line and collateral securing the loan/line a deferral may result in the extension of the maturity date or in the requirement to pay deferred interest when payments resume or at loan/line maturity. Restrictions apply. See a banker for details.
Interest will continue to accrue on unpaid outstanding balances even though payments have been deferred; therefore, skipped payments will increase finance charges. Statements with November due date are not eligible for payment deferral. November 2021’s statement’s minimum payment may be higher than before a payment was skipped and may not reduce the balance.
The property securing the mortgage loan or the borrower’s place of employment must be located in a FEMA-Declared Disaster Area eligible for Individual Assistance, or the borrower’s income must be seriously affected by the disaster. Other terms and conditions apply.
Finance charges will begin to accrue at closing, even though the first payment date is deferred. Deferring payments will result in a higher finance charge than if payments were made every month. Limited to new money requests only. Existing Hancock or Whitney Bank debt cannot be refinanced.
The offer is valid for new lines of credit only and existing Hancock Whitney debt cannot be refinanced.
