ATM Fees
Clients in Louisiana who are in an impacted area, please contact Client Services at 800-448-8812 to discuss ATM rebate options that may be available to you.

Our Texas based debit card clients may use any ATM in the Allpoint network in the United States to access their money without having to pay ATM fees.

Available Hancock Whitney ATMs are always fee-free for Hancock Whitney clients.

Loan Payment Deferrals

  • Personal and Small Business Loan clients may be eligible for a 90-day payment deferral. Client requests may be submitted by calling Client Services at 800-448-8812 or at the nearest financial center.

Restrictions apply and offer subject to change without notice. Offer available for residents in FEMA Disaster areas. Interest will continue to accrue even though the payment has been deferred. Depending on the type of loan/line and collateral securing the loan/line a deferral may result in the extension of the maturity date or in the requirement to pay deferred interest when payments resume or at loan/line maturity.   • Personal and Small Business Credit Card clients may be eligible to receive a payment deferral on payments due through the end of December 2020. Interested clients should call Client Services at 800-448-8812.

Offer available for residents in FEMA Disaster areas. Interest will continue to accrue on unpaid outstanding balances even though payments have been deferred; therefore, skipped payments will increase finance charges. January 2020’s statement’s minimum payment may be higher than before a payment was skipped and may not reduce the balance.


Mortgage Forbearance

Residential Mortgage clients in FEMA disaster area may be eligible to receive a 90-day forbearance.

  • The property securing the mortgage loan or the borrower’s place of employment must be located in a FEMA-Declared Disaster Area eligible for Individual Assistance, or the borrower’s income must be seriously affected by the disaster.  Other terms and condition apply.


Residential Mortgage Offer

Clients and residents in the impacted markets may receive up to $500 off of closing costs for residential mortgages with applications submitted by 12/1/2020. Contact a Mortgage lender for more information.

Consumer and Small Business Recovery Assistance Loans

Reduced rate unsecured personal and business loans with no up-front fees are available for clients and residents in the impacted area.

  • No payment for 90 days
  • Personal loans from $2,500 to $20,000; business loans from $2,500 to $50,000

Apply by 12/1/2020. Additional rate reduction auto debit offer is not available in conjunction with this loan. Finance charges will begin to accrue at closing, even though the first payment date is deferred. Deferring payments will result in a higher finance charge than if payments were made every month. Rates available for residents in FEMA declared disaster areas. Limited to new money requests only. Existing Hancock or Whitney Bank debt cannot be refinanced.
