Fraud Alert SMS Text Message Terms and Conditions

Receiving Text Messages

You are receiving text messages because you consented to receiving automated calls and text messages related to your account(s) with Hancock Whitney for fraud alert purposes from the following short codes: 51403 (credit cards) and 37268 (debit cards).  We may send you text messages related to suspected fraudulent activity regarding your account(s) (“Fraud Alerts”), which text messages are free to the end user. We do not sell, rent, or share our customers’ consent to receive calls or text messages using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice message.

Frequency

Message frequency varies by account and preferences.

Cost

Sending and receiving messages under this campaign is free to the end user, however, clicking on a link within a text message may result in data charges being incurred according to your service plan.

How to Opt-Out of Fraud Alert SMS Text Messages

Text STOP to stop receiving Fraud Alerts about your account. We will send you a final text message confirming receipt of your request to opt-out of receiving Fraud Alerts text messages. If you opt out of one short code, you will stop receiving texts from that short code only. For example, if you opt out of text messages from short code "51403" for credit card Fraud Alerts, then you will continue to receive text messages from short code "37268" for debit card Fraud Alerts unless you also opt-out of those messages. To stop receiving any other text notifications that may be sent from Hancock Whitney, please call 1-800-448-8812.
