In Feb. 2021 I try to update it and it but basically blows up my phone. It has super expanded its memory base and I can't even fit it on my phone and even after deleting major programs. Needs to be re-engineered. I have tried it again a few times since then including July of 2023 and it doesn't say things. It doesn't even! Well here's my follow up months later: it looks like the app managers listened and now it's working like a dream! Thank you very much!

I've been with Hancock for years and used the mobile app for deposits without a hitch, I mean it's all worked very well up until the past couple days. So I need some help finding out why in the deposit function when I am photoing the check it won't snap the picture of the check. It flips right back to the deposit page without taking the picture time after time. Then it may snap the picture of the front and then repeats the same on the back. It's taking me 10 minutes to deposit 2 checks.

This has become the worst app I've ever used in 13 years. It freezes on the logo when it's loading. It doesnt matter if I uninstall and reinstall. It doesn't help that this is a financial app which is the most important that it functions somewhat properly. Incase someone from Whitney is reading this, I'm on a Samsung S7 and I've never had this problem with any other apps (several of which are financial and require the same finger print to open). I forgot to mention that I love Hancock as a bank.
