SMS Text and Email Fraud Alerts for your credit card accounts allow you to monitor your account activity and quickly identify potential fraud.
Here's how it works:
1. If potentially fraudulent activity is identified on your credit card account, the primary cardholder will receive an email and/or text message.
2. The cardholder is then asked to reply, within 24-hours, and inform us if the transaction is valid or not.
This quick detection of fraudulent activity will help protect you from additional attempts.

An email and/or text message will be sent to you, when potential suspicious activity is identified, to confirm valid account activity or allow you to quickly report a transaction as fraudulent.
The primary cardholder for Hancock Whitney consumer credit card accounts will receive the fraud alerts for suspicious activity on all cards in your household (Primary, co-applicant and authorized users). Alerts will be sent to all SMS capable phone numbers and email addresses on your credit card account.
