Get added protection when using your Hancock Whitney debit or credit card.

 

 

Here's how it works

SMS Text and Email Fraud Alerts for your debit and credit cards allow you to monitor your account activity and quickly identify potential fraud. 

  1. If potentially fraudulent activity is identified on your debit or credit card, the primary cardholder will receive an email and/or text message.

     
  2. The cardholder is then asked to reply, within 24-hours, and inform us if the transaction is valid or not.

     
  3. This quick detection of fraudulent activity will help protect you from additional attempts.
