Here's how it works
SMS Text and Email Fraud Alerts for your debit and credit cards allow you to monitor your account activity and quickly identify potential fraud.

If potentially fraudulent activity is identified on your debit or credit card, the primary cardholder will receive an email and/or text message.

The cardholder is then asked to reply, within 24-hours, and inform us if the transaction is valid or not.
This quick detection of fraudulent activity will help protect you from additional attempts.

What are fraud alerts
New fraud alerts are email and/or text messages that will help you monitor and protect your debit and credit cards against fraudulent activity. An email and/or text message will be sent to you, when potential suspicious activity is identified, to confirm valid account activity or allow you to quickly report a transaction as fraudulent.

Who will receive fraud alerts?
The primary cardholder for an account will receive the fraud alerts for suspicious activity on their account. On consumer credit card accounts these alerts will include activity on all cards in your household (primary, co-applicant, and authorized users). Alerts will be sent to all SMS capable phone numbers and email addresses associated with your debit or credit card account.

Who will the fraud alert emails and/or text messages be sent from?
For Credit Cards: Email notifications will be sent from donotreply@support.hancockwhitney.cardmanager.com and Text message alerts will be sent from number 51403
For Debit Cards: Email notifications will be sent from noreply@enfactnotifications.com and Text message alerts will be sent from number 37268
