How do I change my Username?

- Log in to Online Banking
- In the Main Menu, select “Security”
- Select the “Change Username” option and follow the prompts
Mobile Banking
- Log in to the Hancock Whitney Mobile Banking app
- In the Menu tab, select “Settings”
- Select “Profile” and “Update Username,” following the prompts
If you do not know your current password, select "Locked Account" from the Mobile Banking Login page or contact Customer Service.
