How do I change my Username?

Online Banking

  • Log in to Online Banking
  • In the Main Menu, select “Security”
  • Select the “Change Username” option and follow the prompts


Mobile Banking

  • Log in to the Hancock Whitney Mobile Banking app
  • In the Menu tab, select “Settings”
  • Select “Profile” and “Update Username,” following the prompts

If you do not know your current password, select "Locked Account" from the Mobile Banking Login page or contact Customer Service.
