How do I change my Username?

Once you are logged in to the secure portion of Online Banking, select "Security" from the Main Menu. Select the "Change Username" option. To change your username in the mobile app, select "Settings" from the main menu. Next, select "Update Password" and follow the instructions. If you do not know your current password, select "Can't Log In" from the Mobile Banking Login page or contact Customer Service.
