I logged into my account and some of my linked account balances are red and have a red exclamation point by them?

Sometimes the connection between HW Wealth Manager and the account may be lost. The most common fix is to click on the exclamation point and to re-enter your login information for the linked account. If the issue continues, please contact your advisor or client support (877-837-2266).

*Tip: It's a good habit to update your credentials within HW Wealth Manager whenever you change credentials on your outside sites so that those accounts remain linked.
