What's new about my debit card?

A new card design with enhanced security features: In addition to the embedded microchip, your card number and expiration date are on the back of the card for additional security.

New PIN: Your new PIN will be sent separately and can be changed at any Hancock Whitney ATM.

New card number: Update automatic recurring payments, such as membership fees or utility bills, and mobile wallets with the new card number.
