What should I do once my new Hancock Whitney debit card is received?
1. Activate your Debit Card and set your PINActivate by Phone
Call 800-992-3808 and follow the prompts
Activate in the Mobile App
After logging in to the mobile app, select “View Cards” under Manage Debit Cards and then select “Activate Card.”
2. Once activated, cut or shred your old card prior to throwing it away.
3. Add the card to your mobile wallet
Mobile wallet is a simple way to use your Hancock Whitney Visa® debit cards to make purchases in stores, online, and in apps with your smartphone or tablet.
