Nancy Trahan in Treasury Services explains how our success is not defined by numbers, but rather by connections. “We are not a transaction bank, we are a relationship bank...we can do everything the big banks do, but we deliver it with a one-on-one relationship.”
 
Business Banker Granville Anderson believes it’s important to take the time to listen. “We take the time, we get out into the community and visit our customers and prospective clients. We listen to their stories and get to know them.”
