Payment and Fee Relief

For clients who have homes or businesses in FEMA declared disaster areas in Louisiana, we are offering extended disaster relief. We have made our best attempt to apply these waivers systematically. If you need help or have questions please contact a local branch or call 1-800-448-8812.

  • No ATM fees will be charged to our clients for using an ATM not owned by us through the end of August. (Using an ATM not owned by us may involve fees by that operator).
  • Our ATMs in affected areas will not charge fees to non-clients through the end of August.
  • Personal Credit Card clients will not be required to make a payment in August and September and will not be assessed late fees.1
  • Personal and small business loan clients may be eligible for a 60 day payment deferral. Please call or come see us to discuss.2
  • Residential Mortgage clients are may be eligible to receive 90 day payment deferrals by calling 1-866-397-5370 or email3

1Personal Credit Card Disaster Relief:  If you have not yet made your August payment and you need to “defer” or “skip” this payment, you may do so without contacting the bank.  Additionally, we are automatically deferring all September payments due; even if your periodic statement says otherwise, your minimum payment due is $0.  Payments due in August and September will not be considered or reported as late, and there will be no fees assessed. Deferring or skipping payments causes the following consequences: interest will continue to accrue on your outstanding balances; deferred payments will increase your finance charge; your October minimum payment may be higher than before the deferral and may not reduce your balance. If you prefer to make these payments or have questions, please call customer service to help calculate your normal minimum payment amount.
Personal Credit Card Auto Debit Payment Information for Disaster Relief: If you have scheduled automated payments for amounts other than the minimum payment due, and you wish to defer your September payment, you must contact customer service at least 3 business days before your scheduled payment date.  Please call customer service if you have any questions.
Personal Credit Card Disaster Payment Relief Ends: Your contract minimum payment amount and fees will resume in October.
