The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (SAFE Act) established a nationwide licensing and registration system called the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS). Those associates who originate residential mortgage loans are required to register with the NMLS. NMLS assigns each registered professional a unique identification number. In addition, each financial institution is provided with a NMLS unique identification number. Hancock Whitney’s NMLS ID number is 454781.

To perform a search for an individual Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO), click on the link above and then type the MLO's NMLS ID in the search field. If you do not know the NMLS ID you can also search by name, city, state, and/or zip code.

To search all of Hancock Whitney registered MLOs in a particular location, please type Hancock Whitney Bank or 454781, city, state (for example, "Gulfport, Mississippi" or “454781, Gulfport, Mississippi”). All Hancock Whitney registered MLOs will show “Hancock Whitney Bank (454781)” in the field labeled “Represents.”
