Business Resources

If you own or manage a business or a non-profit organization, you should consider taking these simple steps to prepare your organization for the possibility of a hurricane evacuation.

Pay your employees no matter where they are

Mail service to and from disaster-affected areas can cause major issues for employees waiting for paychecks to arrive. Instead of being dependent upon paper checks, use Hancock Whitney Bank's electronic options, such as direct deposit to distribute payroll to your employees.

Hit the road with your Hancock Whitney Business Debit Card

Your Business Debit Card offers the same convenience and security that your Hancock Whitney Debit Card offers you personally.

Purchasing and Business Credit Cards

You can also rely on the convenience, flexibility and security of your Hancock Whitney VISA® Business Credit Card to help manage company expenses before, during and after an evacuation. Accepted worldwide, your card also offers travel and emergency assistance along with other valuable benefits. Learn more here.

Access cash in a pinch

If your company so desires, commercial cards can provide cardholders with access to ATMs for emergency cash withdrawals. In the uncertainty of a disaster, it's a challenge to plan for cash flow. A Hancock Whitney Business Line of Credit (BLOC) ensure you will be ready for whatever cash issues come your way. Use the BLOC for overdraft protection on your business checking account. Or use BLOC checks for direct payment to vendors or to fund payroll for your employees so that they, too, can be on their way out of the eye of the storm.
