Use this Information Checklist to assist you in gathering the necessary documentation and to complete the Uniform Borrower Assistance Form.
Visit a Banker
Bring your entire completed package to any Hancock Whitney Banker or fax the information to 1-228-871-7019. Together, this information will help us help you.
Once we receive all requested information and documentation, we will determine if you are eligible based upon your circumstances. If you are eligible, we will look at your monthly income and housing costs, including past due payments, and determine if you qualify for assistance or loss mitigation options. Past due taxes and applicable insurances will also be considered. No fees are charged to take advantage of this opportunity to apply for loss mitigation options.
