Recovery loans, fee waivers and deferrals are available to impacted residents in Florida FEMA disaster areas. List of impacted counties by hurricane: Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. Applications and requests must be initiated by November 15, 2024.
Florida debit card clients may use any ATM in the surcharge-free Allpoint network in the United States to access their money without having to pay ATM fees. Available Hancock Whitney ATMs are always fee-free for Hancock Whitney clients.
Personal and Small Business Loans: Clients may be eligible for up to a 60-day payment deferral. Offer available for residents in the designated impacted areas. For more information and to request a deferral, please contact Client Services at 1-800-448-8812.
Restrictions apply and offer subject to change without notice. Interest will continue to accrue even though the payment has been deferred. Depending on the type of loan/line and collateral securing the loan/line, a deferral may result in the extension of the maturity date and/or in the requirement to pay deferred interest when payments resume or at a loan/line maturity. Personal and Small Business Credit Card: Clients may be eligible to receive a payment deferral on payments due through the end of November 2024.

Residential Mortgage Forbearance: Clients in impacted areas may be eligible to receive a 90-day forbearance. No legal fees apply. Interested clients should call 1-888-354-4321 or email lossmitigation@hancockwhitney.com.
Eligibility requires that the property securing the mortgage or the borrower's place of employment be located in a designated impacted area qualifying for Individual Assistance, or that the borrower's income has been severely impacted by the disaster. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
Personal and Small Business Recovery Assistance Loans: Reduced rate unsecured personal and Small Business loans and no payment for 90 days are available for impacted clients.
Finance charges will begin to accrue at closing, even though the first payment date is deferred. Deferring payments will result in a higher finance charge than if payments were made every month. Limited to new money requests only. Existing Hancock Whitney Bank debt cannot be refinanced. To apply, call 1-877-844-4948.
Residential Mortgage Offer: Clients in the designated impacted areas may receive up to $500 off of closing costs for residential mortgages with applications submitted through November 15, 2024. Contact a Mortgage lender for more information.
