Hancock Whitney is pleased to introduce our 2023 Corporate Internship Program (CIP) group for the summer term. Our CIP is part of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) program focused on creating opportunities and developing qualified and diverse talent at Hancock Whitney.
We value differences in thought, culture, and experience. The intern class of 2023 includes a diverse mix of students from a broad mix of cultures, races and ethnicities, hometowns, college and universities, majors, and experiences.
Members of our talented 2023 intern cohort were selected for the 12-week experience for their high academic standards and extracurricular skills, partnered with integrity and leadership ability. Their 12 weeks working at Hancock Whitney allows them to explore a full-time role in specific areas as well as hone their professional and technical skills and gain training, development, and social opportunities offered throughout the program. Our CIP also includes a volunteer and mentorship component to help our interns develop their skills for a career while learning the importance of community and inclusive leadership.
“We are thrilled to welcome another outstanding class,” said Talent and Diversity Director Tamara Wyre. “Our hope is that the interns decide to join us full time upon graduation as we continue to focus on creating pathways from campus to careers at Hancock Whitney.”
