Transition Guide for
One Florida Bank
Treasury Services Clients

We appreciate the opportunity to service your cash management needs.

While we know change is difficult, please take the time to review this online guide, which contains important transition details that will help make your migration a success.

Our goal is for you to have a seamless migration to Treasury Manager. Use this checklist to assist you through the three phases of the migration. Before Preview Period in Treasury One Professional, Preview Period in Treasury Manager and Post Migration in Treasury Manager. We recommend you print this checklist and keep it handy throughout the transition.

During the weekend of November 6, 2026 your accounts and services will become fully integrated with our Bank systems.

We are just a phone call away and ready to assist you through the migration. Call us at 866-594-2304 or visit https://www.hancockwhitney.com/treasury-manager-training-resources.

Key Treasury Changes

  • New Login Credentials: All authorized Treasury One Professional Administrators and users will receive new company IDs, user IDs, passwords and tokens to access Treasury Manager including Remote Deposit, Bill Pay, Lockbox and Positive Pay services. For security reasons, each user should have their own unique ID issued by the bank.

  • Messaging: There is no direct messaging to our support team in Treasury Manager. Please contact our Treasury Services Client Support at 866-594-2304.

  • Remote Deposit: By now you should have been contacted about assigning an Administrator for Remote Deposit. If you have not been contacted, please call Treasury Services Client Support at 866-594-2304.

  • ACH/ Wire Approval Required: After conversion, approvals will be required for all ACH and Wire Transfer payments. This means you must have two users. One can create the transaction(s), and a second user must approve them with secondary authentication (token) for release to the bank.

  • Recurring Payments and Transfers: Any recurring transactions—ACH, wire, domestic or foreign currency, account transfers plus recurring loan payments—will all have to be re-established in a payment template during preview period or after migration weekend. Please save your information from the TOP system so you have a reference document to re-enter the data into Treasury Manager during preview period. Please Note: ACH recipients and wire creditors will not be migrated and can be set up during preview period or after conversion weekend.

  • Remote Deposit: Transactions will balance upon deposit submission. Our system will also check your image quality and detect for duplicates at the time of your deposit creation. If you exceed your deposit limit, you will have to call Treasury Services Client Support for assistance. Online transaction retention history for Hancock Whitney is 60 days.

  • Bill Pay: Process date will not be called due date. Due date refers to the date the payment should be delivered. Payroll and transfer functions will no longer be supported in Bill Pay. Please establish a payment method within in Bill Pay or Treasury Manager.

  • Preview Period: The Preview Period in Treasury Manager will be two weeks from October 26 – November 6. Use the Preview Period to become familiar with Treasury Manager. During this time, any maintenance done in Treasury One Professional (TOP) will NOT be migrated to Treasury Manager. During preview period, you should continue to use TOP to conduct your day-to-day business. You will find helpful tutorials in the Training & Resources section of our Treasury Manager Migration site to help you through the Preview Period.

  • During Preview Period: Administrators should verify the new login credentials by logging into our systems. Verify that your Users are correct and that the correct company information has transferred to the Bank. Should you notice any discrepancies, please contact Treasury Services Client Support at 866-594-2304.
