1.Important details and required qualifying activities for the checking bonus offer:

Use the promo code referenced above when opening a new personal checking account with money not currently on deposit at Hancock Whitney Bank by the offer expiration date of 6/30/2024. The promo code is required at account opening. All account applications are subject to approval. The following criteria must be met by 8/31/2024:

Qualifying direct deposit for Freestyle Checking: Set up and receive qualifying direct deposits totaling at least $300 each month through 10/31/2024.

Qualifying direct deposit for Priority Checking: Set up and receive qualifying direct deposits totaling at least $1000 each month through 10/31/2024.

Qualifying direct deposit for Assure Checking: Set up and receive qualifying direct deposits totaling at least $50 each month through 10/31/2024.

A qualifying direct deposit is a recurring electronic deposit, including a salary, pension, social security, other government benefit or other recurring, monthly income amount, made by your employer or outside agency. Transfers from one account to another do not qualify. Qualifying direct deposit does not include payments received from apps such as PayPal or Cash App, and other similar payment providers. Tax refunds and Stimulus Checks are not qualifying direct deposits. Deposits made at a financial center, via ATM, online transfer, mobile device, debit card/prepaid card number or the mail do not qualify.

The Bank may change or discontinue the offer at any time and without notice. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers. Only the person to whom this offer is addressed is eligible for this offer. Limit of one consumer checking-related bonus per household every 2 calendar years. The email given at account opening must match the email address submitted to get the offer promo code.

If your account meets the criteria, and remains open and active, we will deposit the earned bonus into your new personal checking account by 10/31/2024. Bonuses may be considered interest and may be reported on IRS Form 1099.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

Freestyle Checking: $25 minimum opening deposit is required. Monthly service charge of $10 can be waived by the following: primary account holder under 18 or age 64 and over, is an eligible Priority or Private Wealth Client, or primary account holder makes one or more client-initiated debit or credit transactions per month to waive the service charge. If your account is closed within the first 180 days after opening, a $20 service charge will be assessed and we reserve the right to deduct the bonus amount from your account’s closing balance. Please refer to the Truth in Savings Disclosure for other applicable fees and information.

Priority Checking: Minimum opening deposit of $25 required. The monthly service charge of $20 can be waived if you maintain one or more of the following: a minimum daily collected balance of $5,000 or more; or $7,500 in combined deposits (excluding CDs and IRAs) or consumer loans (excluding mortgages) or credit card balances; or $250,000 or more in a Trust account or account (excluding annuities) with Hancock Whitney Financial Consultants*. A Priority Checking account cannot be linked to any other Priority, Connect, or Private Wealth checking account for combined balance calculations. A $20 service charge will be assessed if the account is closed within the first 180 days after the account is opened. 4 Early Pay grants access to eligible direct deposit payments (PPD ACH transactions $25,000 and under) made into a Hancock Whitney Checking or Savings account up to two days prior to the scheduled payment date.

Certain payroll payments may not be eligible for Early Pay. Early Pay availability is based on the timing of the payor’s payment instructions and therefore, you may not always see your direct deposits arrive early. Hancock Whitney does not guarantee early availability of these direct deposits. Early Pay eligibility may vary between pay periods, and daily/transaction limits apply. Any direct deposit not posted early will be made available to you in accordance with the payment instructions. After we have made the deposit available to you and you have withdrawn funds, you remain responsible if any deposit to your account is returned, rejected or uncollected by Hancock Whitney.

No action is needed to take advantage of Early Pay. Early Pay will be activated for all Hancock Whitney Checking and Savings accounts only.
